We’re gearing up for a transformative 2025, with investment in video technology and a vision to educate more brands on the evolving social media landscape as well as transparency about the use of AI.

Director Jenny Holden says: “The upcoming year will see us expand our expertise and team to tackle a critical challenge facing brands today: re-engaging audiences in a world where algorithms shape visibility and virality.

“The consultancy will prioritise educating brands on the power of influencers, demonstrating how they can foster authentic connections and drive meaningful engagement in response to evolving consumer behaviors.

“Also, following the recent upgrade, we will be using ChatGPT to improve web searching capabilities and we will see greater transparency on the use of AI – specifically how we communicate and use it as part of research and fact finding and also how we integrate it into copy checking for greater accuracy.

“AI is here to be used and not shy away or be afraid to talk about it. 2025 will the be the year to embrace and use it for greater impact.”
